ANY CUSTOMS OR IMPORT DUTIES ARE CHARGED ONCE THE PARCEL REACHES ITS DESTINATION COUNTRY. THESE CHARGES MUST BE PAID BY THE RECIPIENT OF THE PARCEL. WE ARE IN NO WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR DUTIES YOU ARE CHARGED AS THEY ARE COMPLETELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL.
We accept all returns within 14 days from the date your order arrived to you. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, or altered in any way to be eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges. Once we receive your return we will examine the issue and process your refund for the original purchase price of the items. We will notify you that your return has been received and that our refund has been issued. Please allow 5-10 business days from the time we notify you that your refund has been processed to show up in your bank statement. Note: we are unable to issue refunds for shipping costs.

How should I care for my apparel?
We recommend always washing your apparel on cold and hang to dry. This will preserve the integrity of the prints and minimize any shrinkage to the garments.
How should I care for my Blank & Blue jewelry?
Jewelry pieces can be wiped clean with a damp, non-abrasive cloth. Do not use harsh chemical cleaners of surfaces that could scratch the jewelry pieces.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, most orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. However, in some cases, an order can be canceled. If you wish to cancel your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
